History of the Zuni people

As I wrote in my last post, Zuni people are a part of Pueblo tribe. They believed that they are the descendants of their ancestor- the Pueblo tribe. They have lived in their places for 1300 up to now. They and the Pueblo were the first who revolt against Spanish successfully in the Pueblo Revolt in 1680. In 1703, they return to their places after the Pueblo Revolt. And nowadays,the Zuni tribe become one of the organized tribes in the world.

After the Pueblo Revolt, they came back to their places and began building mesas.

The Zuni tribe is a tribe of Peublo Native Americans. One of the places they have lived in is Arizona- where my school is located!! My teacher said that when we thought about tribes, we all thought about poor, disease and so on, but we were both wrong. They, the Native Americans, are well fed and had more time off than we do today. Talking about Zuni tribe, we will know that they are an well_organized community. They have their own constitution. They have their own website where you can know their events, and find more their pictures!
